    None of these Specimen notes were available to the public until a Bank of Canada Sale in 1999 which sold 246 at auction to the public. None of these BC-45bS 1967 Specimen Banknotes have been reported to be graded higher than this notes 67PPQ Grade. PMG population report states only 5 awarded this grade and none higher, so this bill is classified as Top Pop (highest grade available).
